Hi, I’m Liz! I studied Contemporary Dance at Concordia University, and while my background is in the arts, animals have always been a big part of my life. A love for furry friends runs in the family—I’ve got a niece working toward becoming a vet and an aunt who's been one for years. I’ve always felt drawn to being part of the care and comfort animals need.

I’m especially interested in Behavioural Medicine—I’m always curious about what pets are thinking and how they see the world. What I love most about this job is getting to be around animals every day and being part of a team that truly cares.

Fun fact: I almost always have a random song stuck in my head! At home, I have two awesome Dachshund/Shih Tzu mix pups—they’re littermates and full of personality.
