As Hospital Manager at Royal York Animal Hospital, I am focused on creating a veterinary hospital experience that feels thoughtful, consistent and genuinely supportive - for both clients and the team caring for their pets.
I’ve worked in both private practice and corporate veterinary settings, helping hospitals navigate change and strengthen how they work together. Much of my role happens behind the scenes, so clients experience care that is organized, compassionate, and trustworthy.
Veterinary visits can be emotional, and I believe kindness, clear communication, and follow-through make a real difference. I work closely with the team to support animal welfare and ensure clients feel heard and cared for throughout their visit.
Outside of work, I share my home with two highly energetic cats and a snuggly dog. Every day I look forward to coming to work and contributing to the care of animals, who are among the most important members of their families.
